Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During periods of high demand, product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after shipment.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Sanela Skincare is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment.
